未来の科学者たちへ　（Your Challenges. To future scientists.）　English Follows

　未来の科学者の挑戦課題はなんだろう？　ここにいくつかの提案がある。

１）遺伝子の仕組み完全解明

　　

　　今、遺伝子の塩基配列は解明できたものの、いったいそれが何を意味するのか、部分的にしかわかっていない。あまりにも良く出来すぎた生命・遺伝の仕組み。　解明に挑戦しない手はないだろう。

２）脳の仕組みの完全解読

　　精神とはなんだろう？脳の仕組みを完全解明することで、人間が見えてくる。　そして完成した脳のシミュレータは、精神をも生むのだろうか？

３）物質、時空の解明

　　物理学は現状の物質・時空の仕組みを解明する。ただ、だれが何の意図でその仕組みを作ったか？仕組みを作ったものを作った物はだれか？　謎は永遠に続く。

以上、諸君の検討を祈る！

Your Challenges. To future scientists

What will be the agenda for young scientist.　Here is some proposals.

１）Complete understanding of gene codes

　　

　　Nowadays we know order of gene codes however, we only partially know what those codes means. Too well made mechanism of life/gene. You cannot wait to challenge to find out what that is. 

２）Complete understanding of brain mechanism

　　What is the spirit?  We start to see what is human being through complete analysis of brain mechanism. The brain simulator will have spirit? 

３）Complete understanding of time-space mechanism

　　Physics explains how world is build but does not know who made it for what purpose.  Also nobody knows who made those who made our world? Mystery continues.

資本主義は便利で合理的なツールだ。

でも、裸で適用すると、社会の二分化・不安定化をもたらし、共産主義、社会主義を生んだ。

この失敗からの反省で、資本主義にも、組合、累進課税、さまざまな工夫がされた。

一方、共産主義、社会主義は、非効率（と、独裁による腐敗の蔓延）で失敗した。この反省で、共産党は市場・資本原理を取り入れた。

歴史は証明した。裸の資本主義も、裸の共産主義、社会主義もうまくいかないのだ。

もう、歴史を繰り返すのはやめよう。　均衡点を探そう。

Don't Repeat History/End of naked capitalism

Capitalism is a convenient and efficient vehicle. 

But its straight forward application made society dichotomized then unstable, eventually invited communism/socialism.

Lesson learned from this failure resulted in lots of amendments on capitalism such as union, progressive tax etc. 

Meanwhile, communism and socialism failed by inefficiency(and corruption due to dictatorship), then later incorporated market&capital mechanism.

History proved.  Neither naked capitalism nor naked communism/socialism works. 

Let`s not repeat history. But look for point of equilibrium.

「人類生き残り作戦」 (`Survival Mankind`.)

もう、そろそろ、人間は、世界レベルの目標を設定してはどうだろう？


人はもう、いろいろなことを知っている。

宇宙誕生から１４０億年、太陽系・地球誕生から５０億年。

生命誕生から４０億年、そして人間の歴史は１００万年。

アンドロメダ星雲と銀河系の衝突まで４０億年。

これから地球に住めるのはあと２０億年、

そして、１億年に一回の、隕石、地殻異変による大量絶滅。


遺伝子に組み込まれた本能は、いままで地球上で争いももたらして来た。

だが、その本能を人類の絶滅回避に転化しよう。　

地球の上での無駄な戦いに時間を浪費するのはやめよう。

だれかが言うだろう。「億年単位なんて、バカみたい」。　確かに時間軸スケールが違う。

でも、人間は、自分の世代近辺だけにしか目が向かない段階から進化している。


では、以下、世界目標の提案、これはずばり、

「人類生き残り作戦」 

「敵」は人類を絶滅させる、隕石、天変地異であり、これに全人類で立ち向かう。

共通の敵に立ち向かうことで、人類の共通の目的が共有され、争いはなくなる。

人類に対する大きな敵の前で、地球上の内輪もめで時間を浪費する人はいないだろう。

Now it is time to for mankind to have global objective


We already know lots of things.

14 billion year since the birth of cosmos, 5 billion year since the birth of solar system and the earth.

4 billion year since the birth of lives.

4 billion year by the collision of milky way and Andromeda galaxy.

2 billion year until earth stop to be habitable.

And mass extinction for every 100 million year by meteor collision and plate tectonic abnormalities.


Basic instinct embedded in our gene brought war on earth.

But now its time to flip that instinct into the prevention of mass extinction of mankind.

Stop wasting time on useless war on earth.

Somebody may say, such a fool to think of 100 million years.  True that time scale is off the common sense.

However , mankind is now evolved enough to think in longer term not just current generation.


Below, see proposal for world objective.

Enemy is meteor collision or natural disasters and we face this as team mankind.

Sharing the same enemy, can share objective as mankind, then war will end.

No one will dare waste time on domestic conflict confronted by huge enemy against mankind.

廃校小学校の幼稚園、保育園への無償開放／小子化問題への切り札 (How to stop declining birth rate / use of closed public schools for day nursery)

現在、小子化により、公立小中学校の統廃合が進んでいる。廃校になった校舎が都内に散見され、長期にわたり放置されている。一方、子供を持つ女性の社会進出は、幼稚園、保育園の不足により、阻まれている。

これを、少ないコストで一気に解決するのが、廃校となった公立小中学校の、幼稚園、保育園への無償開放である。

予算をかけずに、頭を使って社会の新しい仕組みを作り出すのが、真の政治の使命である。

利点

• 事業者にとってコストが抑えられ、進出意欲が増す
• 新規事業により新規雇用も生まれる
• 幼稚園、保育園の環境が改善できる
• 公共財を無駄に寝かせておかず、真に必要な目的のために活用できる
• 女性の社会進出が大幅に支援される
• 子育ての障壁が減った女性は一人であきらめていた子供を二人以上産むようになる
• 結果的に小子化問題は解消する

Open closed public schools to a day nursery 

- How to stop declining birth rate - 

Due to declining kids population, number of public elementary and junior high schools are closed or consolidated. There are lots of closed school buildings in Tokyo metropolitan area left deserted for no use. Meanwhile lots of women with kids cannot go to work due to lack of day nursery.

By opening this unused public facility free to nursery industry will solve the problem with minimum cost.

It is a mission of politics to create social frameworks with minimal expenditure.

Advantages

• Higher cost incentive for nursery enterprise
• New job creation in nursery industry
• Can improve squeezing infrastructure of nursery in Tokyo metropolitan area
• Can stop public asset left deserted and unused
• Great assistance for women with kids to go work
• Woman who gave up to have two kid can afford extra kid
• As a result, can stop declining birth rate

太陽電池設置義務付け （Mandatory solar cell installation, law changes）

太陽電池設置義務付け

建築基準法等の法規改正により、あらゆる構造物、建築物に太陽電池設置を義務づける。それにより、

１）ビルの外壁は太陽電池に覆われる
２）舗装道路は透過型の太陽電池に覆われる
３）鉄道路線、駅舎、車両も太陽電池に覆われる
４）戸建ての屋根はすべて太陽電池となる

この結果、送電ロスの少ない効率的な電力供給が可能となるのは当然だが、副次効果として、

１）太陽電池瓦、太陽電池舗装材、太陽電池外装材（カーテンウオール、窓ガラス、フィルム等）などの開発が必要となるため、日本初の固有技術、製品が増える。
２）設置補助金を与えるが、これは真に必要な補助金である。真に必要なインフラ投資を行うことで、真の意味のある景気刺激策となる。
３）化石燃料に頼らない、原発からの脱却が可能となる
４）既に出ているスマートグリッド、充電池がさらに高度化する

Mandatory solar cell installation, law changes

By way of changing laws such as building code etc, enforce installation of solar cell to all buildings infrastructures mandatory. As a result, 

1)All building walls will be covered by solar cell

2)All road pavements are covered by transparent solar pavements

3)All railroads, stations, trains are covered by solar cell

4)All house roofs are covered by solar cells.

Naturally efficient power supply with less transfer loss will be realized. Besides, following by products are expected, 

1) Development needs for solar roof, solar pavements, solar walls(such as curtain wall) will give more variety to Japan unique product line.

2) Government aids will be endowed but this investment will not be just consumed away but can be the real accumulation of sacred social infrastructure. Government money is spent for something that is really necessary for society, by which real economic stimulus will be possible. 

3) Can get away from nuclear power dependence

4) Further development of smart grid and battery are expected.
